
Cory Thiesse hails from the United States and is a curler. She has won the U.S. women's championship three times, in 2021, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Thiesse participated in six national junior championships and won four of them, making her one of the best junior women's curlers in the US.
Thiesse and the other three members of the squad, Sinclair, decided to start a new squad after the conclusion of the 2020 curling season. With Cathy Overton-Clapham as coach, the new Team Christensen was made up of Taylor Anderson in the lead, Vicky Persinger in second, Sarah Anderson in third, and Cory in the skip position. Thiesse's team disbanded after the 2021–22 season, and she joined the Tabitha Peterson rink as their new third, joining lead Tara Peterson and second Becca Hamilton. In 2023, Thiesse and her partner Korey Dropkin won the global mixed doubles championship. Together with partner John Shuster, she also took home a bronze medal from the 2019 competition.
