
Jessie Diggins, from Afton, Minnesota, is one of the world's most accomplished and successful cross-country skiers. After winning three Olympic medals (bronze, silver, and gold), seven World Championships, and the 2021, 2023, and 2025 overall World Cup Crystal Globe, she has solidified her status as the most accomplished American cross-country skier in history. Her career began in 2011 when she was selected for the Holmenkollen World Championship squad. She and her colleague Kikkan Randall won the World Championships team sprint in 2013. It only got better, taking home the renowned Olympic gold at the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympic Winter Games and another World Champs title in 2015.
As a representative of the Emily Program, Jessie collaborates with Share Winter and Protect Our Winters (POW). "I want to leave the sport better than I found it by speaking up about mental health and eating disorders to de-stigmatize them, meaningfully engage in climate advocacy, and give back to the sport through supporting the work of Share Winter."
