Mason Parris is an American freestyle and folkstyle wrestler who was born on October 1, 1999, in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Presently, 24 years old, he is coached by Sean Bormet and is a member of Cliff Keen Wrestling Club.

During his high school years at Lawrenceburg High School, Parris asserted his dominance in wrestling by winning three consecutive Indiana state championships from 2016 to 2018, setting the stage for his illustrious career.

In college, Parris achieved significant milestones for the University of Michigan as he was crowned the NCAA champion in 2023 and finished as the runner-up in 2021. Parris also placed fifth in the 2022 NCAA Championships and earned recognition as a 2020 NWCA First Team All-American. In addition to his wrestling accolades, he captured the 2023 Big Ten championship and was honored with the prestigious Dan Hodge Trophy as the nation’s top college wrestler.
