Meghan Musnicki is a professional rowing athlete representing the United States in international competitions. A five-time world champion and two-time Olympic gold medalist, Meghan will compete as a rower again at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, marking her participation in her third Olympic Games. She previously competed in the women's eight event at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympics, where she secured gold medals on both occasions.

Meghan completed her education at Naples Central School District in Naples, New York, and served as a guest speaker at the graduation ceremony for Naples Central School in 2013, the year following her first Olympic win. Additionally, she was an athlete during her time at Ithaca College from 2003 to 2004. In her inaugural season with the Bombers' varsity team, she earned a spot on Ithaca's varsity eight boats. She contributed to their final victory, winning gold at the NCAA Championships in 2004.

Beyond her athletic achievements, Meghan has established herself professionally and currently serves as an Operations Specialist at Equinix since March 2022. Furthermore, since December 2021, she has also held the position of Associate Researcher at CSIRO US.

His coaching experience includes leading Senior Men as Head Coach at West Side Rowing Club from June 2012 to August 2013 and serving as Head Coach of Men's Rowing at Canisius College during his earlier career until June of that same year.
