The Nasty Boys (Brian Knobbs and Jerry Sags) defeated the Hart Foundation (Bret Hart & Jim Neidhart) to become the new WWF Tag Team Champions. The Big Boss Man defeated Mr Perfect via disqualification in a match for the WWF Intercontinental Championship. He did not win the belt.
Hulk Hogan defeated Sgt. Slaughter to become the new WWF Champion (again).
WrestleMania VIII
Bret Hart defeated Roddy Piper to win the WWF Intercontinental Championship. The Natural Disaster (Earthquake & Typhoon) defeated Money Inc (Ted DiBiase & Irwin R. Schyster) via count out in a match for the WWF Tag Team Championships. The titles did not change hands due to the count out.
Randy Savage defeated Ric Flair to win the WWF Championship.
WrestleMania IX
Tatanka defeated Shawn Michaels by count out in a match for the WWF Intercontinental Championship. Michaels was still Champion because of the count out.
Money Inc (Ted DiBiase & Irwin R. Schyster) defeated The Mega-Maniacs (Hulk Hogan & Brutus Beefcake) via disqualification in a match for the WWF Tag Team Championships. Due to the DQ, the Champions retained.
Yokozuna defeated Bret Hart to become the new WWF Champion. Shortly after that, Hulk Hogan challenged the newly-crowned champion to a match and won the WWF Championship from Yokozuna in a match that lasted 22 seconds.
