The former WCW and AEW star started his career in 1983 when he was 15. The former three-time WWF Hardcore Champion won the WCW World Television Championship four times. "The Ringleader Of The Tormentors" also won the WWF/WWE European Championship four times, the WWF/WWE Intercontinental Championship two times, and the World Tag Team Championship four times.

Bailey Matthews is a professional wrestler like his father. He is signed to WWE on their NXT brand and performs using the ring name Charlie Dempsey as of March 2025. The No Quarter Catch Crew leader started performing for All-Star Wrestling in 2018. During his independent career, he also worked for Westside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw), New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), Progress Wrestling, and Evolve.

He also performed in the NXT UK brand for a year (2021-2022).
