When Kazuya asks her not to overdo herself, she snaps at him and says he was likely going to ask Chizuru to do them anyway. She thinks Kazuya shouldn't push Chizuru, especially when she is mourning.

It's finally the day of the trip, when Kazuya and others arrive at the station. Chizuru appears in a gorgeous outfit, which sends Kazuya's heart aflutter. Interestingly, Kazuya discovers that Chizuru is behaving normally with his grandmother Nagomi and others. He wonders if she is no longer angry. At this moment, Ruka steps in and interrupts Kazuya's thoughts.
Soon after, Kazuya and Ruka discover that Nagomi has also invited Kibe on the trip. Yet, much to their shock, Kibe shows up with Kuri, who has a history with Ruka. Rent-A-Girlfriend season 4 episode 6 then shows Kazuya, Ruka, and Chizuru all reacting nervously to the situation at hand. Seeing Kazuya reacting like that, Kibe asks if Ruka is his friend.
