Luis Castillo is an MLB pitcher from the Dominican Republic who plays for the Seattle Mariners. Castillo signed a contract as an international free agent with the San Francisco Giants in December 2011. He made his professional debut in the Dominican Summer League with the DSL Giants in 2012. He was traded to the Miami Marlins in 2014. After a few years with them, he was again traded, this time to the Cincinnati Reds.

Castillo made his Major League Baseball debut on June 23, 2017, against the Washington Nationals. However, he was again traded, this time to the Seattle Mariners in July 2022. He also has three All-Star game appearances to his name.
