Nick Kurtz is an American baseball player who currently plays at a collegiate level for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons baseball team, representing Wake Forest University in college baseball. After completing his high school studies, Kurtz committed to Wake Forest University and joined the Wake Forest Demon Deacons baseball team in 2022.

During his freshman year at Wake Forest in 2022, Kurtz was named a freshman All-American after a season where he hit .338/.471/.637 with 15 home runs and 56 RBIs over 204 at-bats in 54 games. In his sophomore year in 2023, Kurtz continued to excel, hitting .353/.527/.784 with 24 home runs and 69 RBIs over 190 at-bats in 56 games.

Entering his junior season in 2024, Kurtz is considered a top prospect for the 2024 Major League Baseball draft. In addition to his collegiate career, Kurtz has also played for the USA 12U National Team, winning a gold medal at the 2015 World Cup during his high school years.
