Sandeep Sharma has been one of the best bowlers in the IPL over the last few seasons. He has picked up 83 wickets in 68 games spread over the last 6 seasons. He has conceded at just 7.73, while bowling at the beginning and at the death. 'Sandy' has been terrific for Punjab at the domestic level and consistently picks up wickets for them.

Yet, he isn't a regular for them, which can be deemed shocking. Because of his exclusion from the playing XI, he has even lost his chances with the A team. He doesn't even feature for them at present and has about 10 pacers ahead of him. The 25-year-old is a great swing bowler and has the ability to swing it like Bhuvneshwar Kumar himself, if not more.

He played a couple of T20Is for India against Zimbabwe in 2015, before being ousted completely. The next couple of seasons could decide the track in which his career will head into. A good outing will keep him in the mix, while a mediocre one could push him into the wilderness.
