Suryakumar Yadav is one of the most talented Indian batsmen in T20 cricket right now

Although Suryakumar Yadav recently became a part of the Indian cricket team, he has been on international tours before. During a visit to New Zealand, he learned about the Maori Face Tattoo.

He understood the meaning, the family culture, and the heritage behind it before getting it inked. Yadav's Maori Face Tattoo covers a lot of area on the left side of his upper body.

Just below the Maori Face Tattoo is a tattoo of his wife's name 'Devisha.' During his appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show, Suryakumar revealed that he had got his soulmate's tattoo close to his heart.

"And here comes another Ink on my body. Right below the Maori Face. Thank you for coming in my life and making it more beautiful. #WIFE #lifePARTNER Devisha. What do you have to say about that MRs YADAV," Suryakumar Yadav wrote on Instagram after getting his wife's name inked.

Apart from these special tattoos, Suryakumar Yadav also has some generic ones, which he describes as 'old-school' elements. He has a rose tattoo on his right arm, signifying true love, and a diamond tattoo in the same region, symbolizing wealth and success.

On the same arm, he has another tattoo known as the Nautical Star tattoo, which symbolizes direction. Suryakumar also has a 'Faith' tattoo on the backs of his left shoulder. Here are some of his Instagram posts where Yadav showed off his inked body.

The 30-year-old is currently in Sri Lanka with the rest of the Indian squad.

If Suryakumar Yadav continues to perform the way he has so far, it won't be a surprise if he becomes a regular member of the Indian middle-order in limited-overs cricket. Yadav's primary aim would be to perform well in the series against Sri Lanka and then continue that form in IPL 2021 to strengthen his chances for a place in the Indian team for the ICC T20 World Cup.

Suryakumar Yadav may even get a tattoo of the T20 World Cup trophy if he gets a place in the team and helps India win the title in the UAE.
