Can the Daredevils end on a high on Sunday?

The Delhi Daredevils have had yet another season to forget, but they have the opportunity to end it on a winning note when they face the Mumbai Indians at the Ferozshah Kotla on Sunday.

The Shreyas Iyer-led side are certain to finish as the wooden spooners of the 2018 Indian Premier League but have a chance to finish in double-digits on the points table. Here is how they could line-up:

Prithvi Shaw: The 2018 Indian Under-19 captain will look to end his maiden IPL campaign with a decent score on the board before heading off to England with the India A squad.

Shreyas Iyer(C): The right-hander who has had quite the competition will look to end on a high both with the bat as well as the captain of the team.

Rishabh Pant: Amidst a dismal season, the franchise found a genuine star in Rishabh Pant, who has been simply sensational with the bat in hand. They will bank on him once again on Sunday to get some runs on the board.

Glenn Maxwell: If Pant has had a season to remember, then it has been the opposite for Maxwell, who has gone through a dismal run of scores this year but has a chance to finish on a high on Sunday.

Vijay Shankar: The all-rounder who had a good outing with the bat in the last game will look to put in another good performance with the bat and ball on Sunday.

Abhishek Sharma: The Indian Under-19 all-rounder who was terrific with the bat last week against the Royal Challengers Bangalore will look to put in a similar performance on Sunday to further enhance his reputation.

Harshal Patel: The hero from the previous game against the Chennai Super Kings, Patel will look to carry on from where he left off in the final league phase for the side on Sunday.

Amit Mishra: The veteran leg-spinner will be banked upon by Iyer to put in another good performance with the ball on Sunday, especially with several right-handers in the squad.

Avesh Khan: The fast bowler who has been slightly erratic with the ball will look to put in a more economical spell in his final game on Sunday.

Sandeep Lamicchane: The Nepal spinner has impressed one-and-all with the ball so far and will look to end the competition on a high on Sunday.

Trent Boult: The New Zealand quick has been one of the bright spots with the ball for the franchise and he will be hoped by Iyer to put in a good performance on Sunday.
