The start of an important match for both the sides was delayed due to rain and the match was reduced to 18-over a side. Just as the game began, Rajasthan struck the first blow in the form Colin Munro's wicket off the fourth ball of the game. But that did not stop Prithvi Shaw who outscored his captain by scoring 47 runs off 25 balls.
After the wicket of Shaw, Pant and Iyer scored plenty of fours and sixes on the way to their half-centuries. They managed to score 92 runs from 43 balls but both the batsmen got out in the same over. Delhi managed to win the match by 4 runs as Trent Boult gave away just 10 in the last over.
