IPL 2018, Match 5, CSK vs KKR: 3 milestones awaiting Chennai Super Kings' players

We now head to the beautiful Chepauk, where two-time champions, Chennai Super Kings, and Kolkata Knight Riders will meet for their respective second match of the season. Chennai Super Kings will be playing at Chepauk after almost two years. Thus, we can expect a full-house dipped in the colors of yellow for the support of MS Dhoni and men.

Both, CSK and KKR, kick-started their tournament with a win against MI and RCB respectively. CSK and KKR have met seven times at time at the Chepauk, and KKR has won only two of the seven matches.

Amassing these 62 runs, Ambati will become the 14th Indian player in the history of IPL to score 2500 or more runs in the history of IPL. Ambati Rayadu has scored 2438 IPL runs at an average of 27.09, and a strike-rate of 126.06.

With the kind of form Rayadu is in, he is expected to caress the milestone in the match against KKR.

Another milestone in the line for MS Dhoni is of most stumpings in the history of IPL. Currently, Robin Uthappa is leading the chart with 32 IPL stumpings to his name. Thus, MS Dhoni needs to affect three more stumpings to surpass Robin Uthappa and top the charts of most IPL stumpings. Meanwhile, Dinesh Karthik is in the competition as well with 26 stumpings to his name.

Interestingly, both, Dinesh Karthik and MS Dhoni, have affected 106 dismissals in IPL so far.
