Krunal Pandya owes his success to Mumbai Indians and the IPL

Krunal Pandya is a 27-year-old spin-bowling all-rounder from Baroda. He is a prime example of raw talent that was spotted by a franchise and brought into the limelight. Mumbai Indians found him in Baroda after the 2015 season and he played for the team in the 2016 season.

In the last three years, Pandya has shown that he can be a match winner. His temperament and the reading of the game is what makes him so special for the Mumbai team.

During the 2017 IPL final, Pandya showed precisely why Mumbai had brought him in. On that day, his all-round performance brought him into contention for the Indian team. And after another good season last year, Krunal has now played 11 T20 internationals for the Indian cricket team.

He has been coming good for the Indian team as well. Though he has areas to improve on, he definitely would be satisfied with what he has achieved in this little time.
