In IPL 2016, Hashim Amla played a commendable innings of 96 against Sunrisers Hyderabad in a league match which helped his team to post a huge score of 179. He played many classic shots and also hit powerful strokes to defy the opposition bowlers.
With 14 fours and 2 sixes, he ended his innings being 4 runs short of his maiden century. He hammered the experienced bowlers of Sunrisers Hyderabad like Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Mustafizur Rahman with his sharp batting skills.
