T20 World Cup 2024 Prize Money

The ninth chapter of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup will take place across the Caribbean Islands and in the United States of America (USA) between June 02-29, 2024.

The 20-side showpiece event will see sides get divided into four different groups. Each team will lock horns with the remaining sides of their group once.

The top two sides from each group will qualify for the Super-8 stage, where teams will be divided into two groups of four. The top two sides from each group will advance to the semi-finals.

The semi-finals will take place in Guyana and Trinidad on June 27 while the titular clash will take place at Bridgetown, Barbados, on June 29.

ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024: Prize Money

The ongoing edition of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup consists of a record pot of $11.25 million. The winning team is set to receive at least $2.45 million, while the runners-up will walk away with at least $1.28 million.

The losing semi-finalists will be awarded with $787,500 each. Meanwhile, the four teams that fail to qualify for the semis will earn $382,000 each.

The teams that will finish at ninth, 10th, 11th, and 12th will take home $247,500 each. Teams finishing between 13th and 20th spot will receive $225,000 each.

Additionally, a team will be awarded $31,154 for each victory leading up to the knockout round.
