Julian Weigl is on Manchester United’s radar

Manchester United target Julian Weigl

After missing out on targets like Eric Dier and Nemanja Matic, Manchester United have turned their attention towards Borussia Dortmund's Julian Weigl. Daily Mail reports that United are eager to lure the 21-year old away from Germany and see him as a future star. Weigl is currently injured and will be back in September. Dortmund are keen on holding on to their prized asset but might change their mind if United bid in excess of £40 million.

Alexis Sanchez wants £400,000 per week

The Chilean has made it clear that if he is to remain at Arsenal, he needs to be offered a weekly wage of £400,000. Daily Mirror reports that Sanchez is ready to put pen to paper but only if the Gunners make him the highest paid player in the Premier League. He has just 12 months remaining on his contract with Manchester City and Bayern Munich vying for his signature.
