Cristiano Ronaldo set to break Manchester United's hearts

In an exclusive report by Daily Star, Cristiano Ronaldo has told the Manchester United hierarchy that he will never return to his former club for a sensational second spell. It has been a long term wish for everyone concerned with the Red Devils but this will come as disheartening news for Ed Woodward who had made it his mission to lure Ronaldo back to Old Trafford in his time as chairman.

This will be a double blow for Manchester United in two days as Gareth Bale has also denied the links that reported him being close to a return to England as the Welshman wants to stay with Los Blancos. Real Madrid are the true winners here who now might get the services of Ronaldo till he retires.

FC Barcelona set to bid big for Arsenal defender

Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde has given the club a go ahead in their pursuit of Arsenal's Hector Bellerin. The right-back has been long linked with a return to Camp Nou with this summer being finally the time where Bellerin will be seen in a Blaugrana shirt. The Daily Mirror report that a £45 million bid is expected from the Catalans and Arsenal are ready to let go of the player in focus as Bellerin himself wants a return to his homeland.
