Jason Day is an Australian professional golfer born on November 12, 1987. Day, a former world No. 1, reached the top spot in September 2015 and is ranked No. 32 in the Official World Golf Rankings (OWGR) as of February 2025. He has won 19 professional titles, including the 2015 PGA Championship, the 2014 & 2016 World Golf Championships, and the 2016 Players Championship.

Day began playing golf at the age of six, joining Beaudesert Golf Club. Between 2003 and 2006, he won 12 amateur titles before turning professional in 2006. He earned his first professional victory at the 2007 Legend Financial Group Classic on the Nationwide Tour (now the Korn Ferry Tour). The following year, he joined the PGA Tour and later earned his first PGA win at the 2010 HP Byron Nelson Championship.
