#3 - Ryan Tannehill
The same is said about Taysom Hill, which can be said about Ryan Tannehill. Although he is a capable QB at times, he still needs a proper run game to truly be as effective as possible. Tannehill currently makes $29.5 million annually on his $118 million dollar contract. That is a lot of money, which places Tannehill in 11th out of the top paid QBs.

Tannehill's game has severely dropped as of late, though the Tennessee Titans are 8-4. Tannehill is 18th in overall yardage with 2,774 yards. His touchdown/interception ratio is what is more concerning. He currently has 14 TDs and 13 INTs. Tannehill should have way more TDs under his belt for the money he is currently making.
#2 - Russell Wilson
Russell Wilson was supposed to remain one of the best QBs in the entire league, but the Seattle Seahawks seem to be struggling mightily. That has a lot to do with the fact that Wilson is nowhere near the skill level he has been at in previous seasons. Wilson currently makes $35 million annually on his $140 million dollar contract. Wilson is the fifth highest paid QB in the league.
Wilson is 26th in overall yardage with 2,042 yards. He does have 14 TDs and 4 INTs, which is fantastic, but being so far behind the rest of the league in yardage is concerning. Wilson could be tanking his own season in an attempt to make sure the Seahawks trade him in the offseason, which has been a growing rumor.
#1 - Jared Goff
The Los Angeles Rams and Detroit Lions trade worked out well for the Rams. The Lions received a far less productive Jared Goff. The Lions have to be kicking themselves right now, as Goff is one of the lower-tiered QBs in the league. Goff is currently the sixth highest paid QB. He makes $33.5 million on a $134 million dollar contract.
Goff's stats are mostly in the bottom tier of all starting QBs. He is 20th in passing yards with 2,576 yards. He also has 13 passing TDs, which is good for 23rd place. Goff hasn't lived up to as much as the Lions are currently 1-10-1 and are on pace for another terrible season. Goff's experiment looks to be a failure.
