#1 - James Cook

James Cook showed significant improvements in his second season, more than doubling his carries, yards and total touchdowns. He finished as the RB11 in fantasy football last year after a RB44 finish in the season before. With the Buffalo Bills moving on from their top two wide receivers durign the offseason, Cook's workload could increase even more, giving him a bright fantasy outlook.

#2 - Dalton Kincaid

Dalton Kincaid is one of the best tight ends to target in Dynasty Fantasy Football. He finished as the overall TE12 in his rookie season last year and is expected to receive a larger role in the Bills' offense going forward. He finished last season as the TE3 and TE7 in his final two weeks, so he brings massive upside in a position with few elite options.

#3 - Tua Tagovailoa

Tua Tagovailoa is an ideal quarterback to target in the Dynasty trade market because he should be relatively cheap to acquire, but also has tremendous upside. He was a bit inconsistent last year on his way to a QB9 finish, but he finished among the top three weekly quarterbacks three times. He has elite weapons around him and is locked into a long-term contract with the Miami Dolphins.

#4 - Garrett Wilson

Garrett Wilson has some of the highest upside of any wide receiver in Dynasty Fantasy Football. Despite suffering through some of the worst quarterback play in the NFL, he has still exceeded 80 receptions and 1,000 yards in both of his seasons so far with the New York Jets. With Aaron Rodgers returning, he legitimately has overall WR1 upside.

#5 - Khalil Shakir

Khalil Shakir is a buy-low candidate in Dynasty trades this year as he brings plenty of upside at a cheap price tag. He finished among the top 20 weekly wide receivers twice last season, but that was with Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis on the Bills roster. With both of them gone, and no established options on their roster at the position, he could be in line for a major breakout.

#1 - Jaylen Waddle

Jaylen Waddle significantly regressed last season, finishing as the WR34 after finishes of WR7 and WR16 previously. His weekly upside is capped by the presence of Tyreek Hill as he exceeded 100 yards just three times last year. He also scored just one touchdown in the second half of the season, so now may be the best time to sell him in Dynasty Fantasy Football.

#2 - Rhamondre Stevenson

Rhamondre Stevenson recorded just finishes inside of the top 10 weekly running backs in fantasy football last season. His disappointing campaign resulted in an overall RB36 finish, significantly regressing from his RB11 finish in the season before. The New England Patriots have one of the worst offenses in the NFL, so Stevenson may find it challenging to find scoring opportunities this year.

#3 - Raheem Mostert

Raheem Mostert turned in a career-best year in fantasy football last season, finishing as the overall RB3 in total scoring. The 2024 NFL season could result in a significant reduction to his workoad with De'Von Achane and Jaylen Wright now in the mix for touches. This makes Mostert an ideal sell-high candidate in Dyansty leagues before his role with Dolphins decreases.

#4 - Aaron Rodgers

Aaron Rodgers makes for a solid quarterback in traditional season-long leagues, but his fantasy outlook is much lower in Dynasty formats. He is beyond 40 years old entering the 2024 NFL season, so his years in the league are likely numbered. He should be traded for more valuable long-term assets to get the most out his current fantasy value.

#5 - DeMario Douglas

DeMario Douglas emerged as a solid wide receiver to pick up in Dynasty leagues last year after becoming the WR1 for the Patriots. He was targeted five or more times in 10 weeks last year, including in each of his final nine games. The issue is that the team drafted two rookie wide receivers this year, so Douglas' current role is likely to be challenged.
