The Cincinnati Bengals recorded an impressive win in Week 9 against the Las Vegas Raiders. The Bengals are now 4-5, and their playoff chances are looking more feasible heading into Week 10.
Ahead of the Bengals' Week 10 game against the Baltimore Ravens, let's take a look at their injury report.
Cincinnati Bengals injury report
Here's a look at the Bengals' injury report heading into their pivotal Week 10 Thursday Night Football game against the Ravens.
Tee Higgins' injury update
According to CBS Sports, Tee Higgins was listed as a non-participant in Tuesday's estimated practice report. The wide receiver is dealing with a quadriceps issue and couldn't have practiced if there had been a training session.
Higgins has been absent from training since he sustained the injury on Oct. 25. He has already missed two games and is leaning toward missing a third due to the short rest time between Week 9 and 10 for the Cincinnati Bengals.
Chase Brown's injury update
According to CBS Sports, Chase Brown is expected to play against the Baltimore Ravens despite dealing with a rib injury. The running back will likely see an increased role in the offense due to Zack Moss's neck injury.
Brown has been taking a majority of the RB1 snaps in recent games, with the coaching staff seemingly relying on him as their option A in the backfield. However, due to a significant injury to Moss, Brown will likely take over the full-time job of RB1.
Zack Moss' injury update
According to The Fantasy Footballers, Zack Moss will play no part in the Thursday Night Football game against the Ravens. In fact, the veteran running back has been added to the injured reserve due to a neck injury.
Moss has been dealing with a neck issue, and it's now likely that he'll be shut down for the rest of the regular season. The report further said that Moss won't undergo surgery and is likely to return for the playoffs if the Bengals qualify. The Cincinnati Bengals have since effectively replaced Moss by trading for Khalil Herbert from the Chicago Bears to strengthen their backfield for a potential postseason push.
Charlie Jones' injury update
According to CBS Sports, Charlie Jones missed both estimated practice sessions to start the week. The wide receiver is dealing with a groin issue.
Jones missed the Cincinnati Bengals' win over the Las Vegas Raiders due to the same injury that probably occurred in practice. He must now feature in Wednesday's session to have a chance of playing against the Ravens on Thursday night.
