Nick Chubb's injury status

Chubb is ruled out against the Commanders on Sunday due to a knee injury. The Browns running back was a limited participant during the week and although it appeared that the four-time Pro Bowler would make his season debut in Week 5, Cleveland decided not to field the player.

Jack Conklin's injury status

Conklin is questionable this weekend. The offensive tackle is dealing with a hamstring injury. Conklin did not practice on Wednesday but was a limited participant on Thursday and Friday.

Michael Dunn's injury status

Dunn is dealing with an illness and is questionable to suit up for the Cleveland Browns. The guard was a limited participant in practice throughout the week.

Jordan Hicks' injury status

Hicks is ruled out of Week 5 due to multiple injuries. The Browns linebacker is dealing with ribs, elbows and triceps injuries and did not participate in practice this week.

Nyheim Hines' injury status

Hines won't play against Washington due to a knee injury. The running back was a limited participant in training this week but will not be available for the Cleveland Browns in Week 5.

James Hudson injury status

Hudson is ruled out for Week 5 with a shoulder injury. The offensive tackle was a limited participant in training on Wednesday but did not participate in practice on Thursday and Friday.

David Njoku's injury status

Njoku is questionable to play against the Commanders on Sunday. The tight end has been nursing an ankle injury, which has kept him out of action for the past three games. Njoku was a limited participant on Wednesday and Friday but did not practice during the session in between on Thursday.

Pierre Strong injury status

Strong is nursing a hamstring injury ahead of Week 5. The running back is listed as questionable to face the Commanders after remaining in limited practice during the week.

Jedrick Wills injury status

Wills is questionable to suit up for the Cleveland Browns in Week 5. The offensive tackle is dealing with a knee injury that saw him partake in limited practice on Thursday and Friday.

Alex Wright injury status

Wright is ruled out for the matchup against the Commanders on Sunday. The defensive end had a triceps injury and did not participate in practice during the week.
