Early Fantasy Football Week 3 Start 'Em Sit 'Em picks feat. Chris Olave, Jordan Mason, Terry McLaurin

Entering Week 3 of the 2024 fantasy football season, managers have a better idea of what offensive players' roles will be going forward and their fantasy outlooks. Each week presents new opportunities to adjust lineups accordingly, including the following list of players to target and fade this week.

Chris Olave has gotten off to a relatively slow start to his 2024 fantasy football season, totaling six receptions for 92 yards across his first two games. Managers should still trust him as an elite option in their Week 3 lineups in a favorable matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles' struggling pass defense.

The New Orleans Saints offense has also been the highest-scoring in the NFL through Week 2.

Jordan Mason represents another elite option to use in Week 3 lineups as he has fully capitalized on his opportunity with the San Francisco 49ers. Christian McCaffrey was surprisingly placed on the injured reserve list and Mason has responded with two consecutive finishes among the top eight weekly running backs in fantasy football.

Terry McLaurin has finished among the top 32 fantasy football wide receivers in each of his first five seasons with the Washington Commanders. The 2024 season has been a different story so far with rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels. The veteran has recorded just 39 yards through two games and should be faded in fantasy football until he proves he can bounce back stronger.

Christian Watson and Zamir White are two other players who entered this year with high expectations but have failed to live up to them so far. Watson failed to record a reception last week, while White has just nine carries.
