NFL Week 13 Fantasy Football Tight Ends: Start 'Em

Robert Tonyan - Green Bay Packers vs. Chicago Bears

The last time Robert Tonyan received more than four targets in a single game was all the way back in Week 8 against the Buffalo Bills. He appears to have become a bit of an afterthought for Aaron Rodgers in the Green Bay Packers' passing game. It's unlikely Tonyan will turn things around in Week 13 against the Chicago Bears. They rank in the top five in fantasy points allowed to tight ends this year.

Mike Gesicki - Miami Dolphins vs. San Francisco 49ers

Mike Gesicki has finished inside the top ten tight ends in PPR points three times during the 2022 Fantasy Football season so far. He finished outside the top 20 every other week this year. This means that he should only be considered a fantasy option in a favorbale matchup. Week 13 isn't one of them. The San Francisco 49ers' defense ranks towards the top of the NFL in almost every category. This includes ranking as a top-five fanatsy defense against tight ends.

Cameron Brate - Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. New Orleans Saints

Cameron Brate entered the 2022 Fantasy Football season with a ton of upside. He was set to replace Rob Gronkowski as the starting tight end for Tom Brady. He has failed to live up to the hype and no finds himself in a timeshare with rookie Cade Otton. Brate will also face off against the New Orleans Saints in Week 13. They allow the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends.
