CeeDee Lamb has been in the spotlight for the Dallas Cowboys ahead of the Week 3 clash against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. The wideout has been nursing an ankle injury and fans are curious about his status for the weekend.

As things stand, CeeDee Lamb is expected to play against the Ravens on Sunday. The Cowboys wideout is yet to be given a gameday status for Week 3 but there are signs that he will be available for selection.

There were initial concerns around Lamb's availability when he popped up on the Cowboys' injury report on Wednesday and did not practice with the team. However, the three-time Pro Bowler returned to training on Thursday as a limited participant and was a full participant on Friday.

Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy played down any concerns around Lamb's injury on Wednesday.

“The injuries to CeeDee and Trevon aren’͏t of high concern,” McCarthy said in a press conference.

Lamb posted 61 yards on five catches in Dallas' 33-17 win over the Cleveland Browns in Week 1. He then recorded 90 yards on four receptions and a touchdown in the Cowboys' Week 2 defeat against the New Orleans Saints.

Since being drafted by the Cowboys in the first round in 2020, Lamb has transformed into a critical part of the team's offense. He has also forged an excellent partnership with quarterback Dak Prescott.
