He did not participate in practice during the week in the buildup to the game, suggesting that the running back might not suit up for Sunday's game.

Walker picked up his injury during Seattle's 26-20 win over the Denver Broncos in Week 1. He played the whole game, finishing with 103 yards on 20 carries, including a 23-yard touchdown run.

Earlier in the week, Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald said that Walker was 'day-to-day' for Week 2. Now, it remains to be seen whether Walker will get a chance to feature against the Patriots.

Walker, a second-round pick by the Seahawks in 2022, racked up 1,050 yards and nine touchdowns on 228 carries in his rookie year. He then recorded 905 rushing yards, 259 receiving yards and nine total touchdowns across 15 games last season.

Walker has become an integral member of Seattle's offense in the past few years. He has worked well with quarterback Geno Smith and the team will want the running back to return sooner rather than later.
