Nick Chubb made his long-awaited return from injury in Week 7 against the Cincinnati Bengals. The perennial Pro Bowler marked his return with a touchdown and showed the rest of the league that there's some gas left in the tank. With the Bengals currently having a tasking season, Chubb couldn't have returned at a better time.
Ahead of Cleveland's game against the Los Angeles Chargers today. Let's take a look at Nick Chubb's availability.
Is Nick Chubb playing today?
Nick Chubb will play in today's game against the Los Angeles Chargers. Chubb did not appear on the Browns' injury report at any point in the lead-up to today's game, so he's good to make his third appearance of the season.
Chubb missed the first six games of the 2024 season due to a horrific knee injury sustained early last season. Since returning to action, Chubb has amassed a stat line of 27 carries, 74 rushing yards, and one touchdown. The Browns are clearly bringing him up to speed gradually, as he was out of action for over a year.
While Chubb is good to go for today's game, the Browns will be missing at least two players due to injury. They'll be without linebacker Jordan Hicks (elbow and triceps) and linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah (neck). OLB Khaleke Hudson (ankle) and cornerback Denzel Ward (concussion) are listed as questionable.
Where to watch Browns vs Chargers?
The Cleveland Browns will host the Los Angeles Chargers at the Cleveland Browns Stadium on Sunday, November 3, 2024, at 1 p.m. ET.
Here's what you need to know about where to watch the matchup:
- Date: Sunday, November 3, 2024
- Livestream: FuboTV and DAZN
- Time: 1 p.m. ET
- TV: CBS
- Venue: Cleveland Browns Stadium, Cleveland, Ohio
The Chargers (4-3) will fancy their chances against the Browns (2-6), as they've won four of the last five games against Cleveland.
However, the Browns go into this game with some momentum as they're fresh off a 29-24 win over the Baltimore Ravens. Furthermore, they have Jameis Winston under center with Deshaun Watson ruled out for the rest of the season and after a 400-yard passing day in Week 8, there is some optimism in Cleveland.
