Tee Higgins has been in the spotlight for the Cincinnati Bengals ahead of their Week 2 clash against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. The wideout missed Cincinnati's 16-10 defeat against the New England Patriots in Week 1 and fans are curious to learn whether Higgins will make his season debut this weekend.

Tee Higgins is doubtful to face the Chiefs in Week 2, due to a hamstring injury. The receiver did not participate in practice for the Bengals during the week, suggesting that he might not feature against the reigning Super Bowl champion on Sunday.

Earlier this week, Bengals coach Zac Taylor was hopeful that Higgins would recover in time to face the Chiefs.

"We'll see," Taylor said on Friday. "I'm not going to rule him out yet for Sunday. We'll see where he's at."

Higgins picked up the injury on Sept. 5, just a few days before the Bengals began their regular season. His injury ended up being more severe than anticipated.

The Bengals will hope that Higgins can make a speedy recovery so he can play against the Chiefs in what promises to be a blockbuster clash.

The Bengals drafted Higgins in the second round in 2020. He has racked up 3,684 yards on 257 receptions and caught 24 touchdowns in his time with the team thus far.
