Is Travis Kelce playing tonight?

The Chiefs had a walkthrough on Wednesday and released an injury report ahead of their season opener. Travis Kelce was not on the injury report, which means he will not only suit up against the Baltimore Ravens, but he's also expected to feature heavily as the Chiefs chase a win against their AFC rivals.

The Chiefs will have to make do without free-agency addition Marquise 'Hollywood' Brown, who is expected to miss the first four games of the season owing to a shoulder injury.

Travis Kelce's projected fantasy points for Week 1

Kelce will be 35 years old next month, so he's not exactly a spring chicken but he did stave off any signs of decline last year.

Despite inching a little closer to his retirement years, Kelce is expected to be the focal point of the offense tonight against the Ravens. Our free 'Who Should I Start' tool sees Kelce net a return of 14.3 points to start the season off roughly five receptions. His Ravens counterpart Mark Andrews is projected to have a 12-point return in Week 1 fantasy football.

Fantasy projections aside, the 2024 NFL kickoff is expected to be a high-scoring encounter. We will also see the first glimpse of Derrick Henry in this Ravens offense so Chiefs fans would do well to brace themselves tonight.

The Ravens vs Chiefs game will be broadcast live on NBC and Peacock for an 8:20 p.m. EDT kickoff.
