Isiah Pacheco is bound to play an important role for the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl later tonight. The running back is enjoying a fantastic debut season with the team and has become a key member of the Chiefs' offensive backfield.

Although Isiah Pacheco is currently enjoying a sensational campaign with the Chiefs, his journey to the NFL has not been easy. The former Rutgers star's brother Travoise Cannon was stabbed to death in January 2016.
The following year, Pacheco's sister Celeste Cannon was found dead in her home with a gunshot wound to her head.
However, by reeling from the loss of two important figures in his life, Pacheco channeled that energy onto the football field. The running back spent four years at Vineland and captained the team as well.
He then joined Rutgers in 2018. During his four years in college, Pacheco rushed for a total of 2,442 yards and scored 19 touchdowns in 44 games. He made a name for himself, and the pros took notice.
