Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Josh Palmer suffered a concussion in the Week 6 game against the Denver Broncos. The Chargers have a bye this week, and it is still doubtful whether Palmer will play his next game on November 6th.

The Chargers are currently 4-3 this season and are behind the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC West division. Los Angeles suffered a 23-37 loss to the Seattle Seahawks last week and are also struggling at the wide receivers' end.

The Chargers' wide receivers are struggling with injuries. Josh Palmer and Mike Williams are out, while Keenan Allen remains questionable with a hamstring injury. Wide receiver Jalen Guyton tore his ACL in the third week and is placed on injured reserve.

Palmer suffered a head injury during the Broncos game in Week 6 as he jumbled into Damarri Mathis and fell backward, hitting his head on the ground at the SoFi Stadium. Palmer grabbed his head with both hands, and the Denver cornerback was given a pass interference penalty.

The next hit happened when he collided with Broncos safety Kareem Jackson while blocking a running play and was hit by defensive lineman D.J. Jones. Once again, Palmer grabbed his head, but he was sent back to the locker room for observation this time.

He finished with 81 snaps, 12 goals, and nine receptions before being removed from the game. He did not play in the Week 7 game, and it is unknown when he will return to the field.

Palmer made a great start this season, but it is unclear when he will return to the field. If you have him on your fantasy roster, keeping him as your backup for the next two games is better. With all the starting wide receivers for the Chargers recovering from an injury, there could be more snaps and targets for wide receiver DeAndre Carter and tight end Gerald Everett.

Josh Palmer's timeline
