The Kansas City Chiefs start their Super Bowl title defense on Thursday when they host the Baltimore Ravens. The Chiefs defeated the Ravens in last year's AFC championship game and went on to win their second consecutive Super Bowl title.
Thus, it's going to be a grudge matchup at Arrowhead Stadium in Week 1. Ahead of the game, let's take a look at the Chiefs' injury report.
Kansas City Chiefs injury report for Week 1
The Kansas City Chiefs will likely be without Marquise Brown for the Ravens game. Brown hasn't practiced all week and shouldn't be risked by the Chiefs. Other players on the injury report were Chris Jones, Nick Bolton, Joe Thuney and more.

However, aside from Brown, all the players on the Kansas City injury report have been full participants in training, so they're likely to play in Week 1.
Marquise Brown's injury status
According to Bleacher Report, Marquise Brown was released from the hospital on Sunday after suffering a collarbone injury known as a sternoclavicular joint dislocation. The pass catcher sustained the injury on Saturday.
Chiefs coach Andy Reid compared Brown's injury to one sustained by Tyreek Hill while with the Chiefs in 2019. Hill suffered the injury in Week 1 of the 2019 season and went on to miss four regular-season games before returning to the gridiron just over one month later. Thus, fans can expect a similar timetable for Brown.
Speaking on the wide receiver's collarbone injury, coach Reid said:
"I think he will miss some time. We will just see where it's at. We are kind of going through it right now. We will know more later on here."
According to the report, Brown suffered the injury during practice. The pacey wide receiver caught a pass from Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes before he was tackled to the floor by cornerback Montaric Brown. Brown subsequently received treatment on the sidelines before leaving the facility.
Due to Brown's unavailability, expect one of JuJu Smith-Schuster, Xavier Worthy or Skyy Moore to step up in his absence.
