Raiders vs. Steelers game summary
Veteran kicker Chris Boswell opened the scoreboard for Pittsburgh with a 52-yard field goal. Alexander Mattison replied with a three-yard touchdown run that was followed by a successful extra point kick from Daniel Carlson.
Boswell cut the lead to one point with a 49-yard field goal with 12:12 on the clock in the second quarter. Justin Fields scored Pittsburgh's first touchdown of the afternoon, but the subsequent 2-point conversion wasn't successful, meaning the Steelers entered halftime up 12-7.

Adding more to his stat sheet, Chris Boswell hit the third field goal of the day, this time from 37-yard distance after a Justin Fields to Pat Freiermuth touchdown was nullified by an illegal formation at 9:20 in the third quarter.
Najee Harris extended the lead with a rushing touchdown after running 36 yards. Chris Boswell made the extra point to give his team the 22-7 advantage. The Raiders turned the ball over in consecutive drives, first with Amir Abdallah fumbling the football in Steelers' yard one.

Then, Aiden O'Connell was intercepted by Diontae Johnson at Raiders' 31. This led to another Justin Fields touchdown for the 29-7 partial result. Aidan O'Connell connected with Kristian Wilkerson for nine yards to get the second touchdown of the Raiders. The 2-point conversation was unsuccessful, pretty much ending the Raiders' chances to keep dreaming of winning this game.
Chris Boswell added another field goal with a 36-yard kick to extend the lead to 32-13. The Steelers sealed the deal after the two-minute warning, getting the fourth win of the season and worsening the Raiders' situation.
