Odell Beckham Jr.'s injury update
According to CBS Sports, former perennial Pro Bowler wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. was a full participant in every training session this week. Beckham Jr. is coming off the reserve/physically unable to perform list and was dealing with a knee injury.
Speaking to Pro Football Network on Thursday, Odell Beckham Jr. said,
"I felt pretty good. The old guy can still run. I felt good. I feel a bit out of football shape, but just like everything else, it comes with repetition.”
He continued,
"So just being able to get out there and run around, I do not think people understand how much of a joy it is to be able to not even stretch, and I can go out there and just take off running. It has been a long journey with me and my career. So getting able to get out there has been great."
The Dolphins now have 21 days to decide whether to activate or put Beckham on season-ending IR.
Raheem Mostert's injury update
According to CBS Sports, Raheem Mostert does not have an injury designation for the game against the Patriots. Hence, the 2023 Pro Bowler looks set to return to the Gridiron on Sunday.
Raheem Mostert hasn't played since Week 1 due to a chest injury. Hence, he has missed the Dolphins' last three games. If Mostert plays on Sunday, you can expect the Dolphins to cap his reps to avoid a re-injury.
Skylar Thompson's injury update
According to CBS Sports, Skylar Thompson is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Patriots. The veteran quarterback is dealing with an injury to his ribs.
The report states that even if Thompson is cleared to return, he'll be the backup to Tyler Huntley, who is all but certain to make a second consecutive start.
