After playing 18 seasons with the Green Bay Packers, superstar QB Aaron Rodgers got traded to the New York Jets. And the Super Bowl winner reveals how this trade request and eventual trade to the Jets, was life-altering for him. As A-Rod found his childlike appreciation for the sport once again.

In an epic trade last year, the Packers received one pick in round 1, one in round two and one in the sixth round of last year's draft. The Packers also gained one additional pick in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft. However, this shocking move has been beneficial for Aaron Rodgers.

The 10-time Pro Bowler appeared recently on the ‘icanflypod’ podcast. He discussed the benefits of plant medicine ayahuasca and the relationship between his happiness and his move to New Jersey.

“My time in Green Bay was up. And I did Ayahuasca. And then a week later, I got traded to the Jets.”
“And I have this incredible offseason experience in a new city and a new town with new teammates and new organization and owner for the first time and really falling back in love with a game that I first fell in love with when I was five years old. And it was absolutely beautiful and special and deep and rich and yummy and just incredible.”

Aaron Rodgers at the Packers was a beast!
