It seems like a Baltimore Ravens star has a chance to go to Hollywood next year, as Derrick Henry was recently given a special challenge by Adam Sandler. He could get a role in a movie and also have a nice dinner with the film star.
Sandler is a known NFL fan, and his favorite team is the New York Jets. He often watched games at MetLife Stadium wearing a green jersey, along with Jets owner Woody Johnson. The Hollywood star has even made a film about football called "The Longest Yard."
In a recent post uploaded on X by "The Dan Patrick Show," Sandler challenged the Ravens running back to record more than 2,000 yards next season.

"2,000 yards plus this year gets you not only in the movie, but we have a nice dinner together and talk about Dan Patrick's facial hair and how hard it is for him to grow it," Sandler said on Friday. "I love you. Keep it up."

How did Derrick Henry perform last season?
The 2024 NFL season was Derrick Henry's first with the Baltimore Ravens.
The running back arrived in Baltimore in style. In the Week 3 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys, Henry delivered a stellar performance. He had 151 rushing yards, 25 attempts and two touchdowns. His efforts helped the Ravens secure the 28-25 win on the road.
Henry continued this form throughout the season. The five-time Pro Bowler recorded 1,921 yards, 325 carries and 16 touchdowns in 17 games. Henry was just 79 yards shy of hitting the 2,000-yard mark last season.
However, he is more than capable of achieving that in the upcoming campaign. Henry has already reached the mark in 2020, when he amassed 2,097 yards for the Tennessee Titans.
Fans may need to start preparing to see Henry star in a movie with Adam Sandler soon.
