Dillon Gabriel's fiancée shared a photo of herself with her technician, Makenzie. She raved about how nice she was and how great of an experience she had while getting her lips filled. In the next post on her Instagram story, she shared a selfie of herself in the car after getting her lips filled. She shared details about the filler she received in her lips and expressed how happy she was with how they looked.

Zo Caswell went on to share additional photos of herself and the Cleveland Browns quarterback on a date night, showing the progress of her lips just a few hours after receiving the injection.

Dillon Gabriel and fiancee Zo Caswell went back to Hawaii after NFL Draft

Cleveland Browns quarterback Dillon Gabriel and his fiancée, Zo Caswell, ventured back to their home state of Hawaii last month. The trip back home came just a few weeks after the former Oregon Ducks quarterback was drafted by the Browns.

Caswell shared a carousel of photos in an Instagram post, showing a glimpse of their trip to the island. In the caption, Caswell shared that she had recently graduated from college.

"Back homeeee🫶🏼🤍 (ps I graduated🤪) ," Caswell wrote.

It's been a busy year for Zo Caswell and Dillon Gabriel. The quarterback proposed to his longtime girlfriend in September 2024, just days after making his debut with the Oregon Ducks. He then went on to have a career-year, which put him on many team's NFL draft boards.

The 24-year-old was then drafted by the Cleveland Browns with the 94th overall selection in the 2025 NFL draft. He now joins a crowded quarterback room that includes the currently injured Deshaun Watson, Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett and Shedeur Sanders, who was drafted in the fifth-round.
