The tight end first injured his hamstring in pregame warmups in Week 2. He returned to the field in Week 6 and has played the last two games.
Last week, Engram recorded five receptions for 35 yards and the week prior, he had 10 receptions for 102 yards.
Will Evan Engram play in Week 8?
Evan Engram will likely play in Week 8 as the Jacksonville Jaguars host the Green Bay Packers. The Jaguars would like to win their second straight game.
"We have some momentum, especially compared to where we were the first month of the season," quarterback Trevor Lawrence said, via team website.
"I think we played our best game as a team last Sunday. I still think there's a lot more out there that we can improve on. We have some momentum. Let's run with that and just put together another good week and take it one at a time."
Coach Doug Pederson says the offense and team are starting to come together nicely.
"Two out of the last three have been very positive and we have to find a way to do it again against a good team," Pederson said. "I do feel like the team is coming together a little bit better. That's the thing that we have to keep coming. We have to keep building and build off of last week. If we find some pieces in there that we can hang our hats on, that's what you build on."
Engram played three games this season, recording 16 receptions for 142 yards but he has yet to find the end zone.
