"He got a tablecloth on": Kai Cenat and Druski mock Cam Newton’s BET Awards suit

American YouTuber Kai Cenat and RJ Druski mocked former NFL quarterback Cam Newton's colorful outfit at the 2024 BET Awards. The former Panthers QB attended the mega awards show on Monday, June 9.

Newton graced the occasion in a sleeveless floral vest, pairing it with matching pants. He also wore a green-colored neck scarf and a brown cowboy hat, paired with glasses for the occasion.

While Cam Newton was on the stage, Kai Cenat and Druski hilariously talked about his outfit. Sitting in the audience, the two couldn't stop laughing while talking about the QB's outfit and said that it looked like a "tablecloth."

"He got a tablecloth on," Druski said.

Meanwhile, Druski and Kai Cenat wore matching outfits for the evening. They wore a white shirt and a black blazer, paired with matching pants and a black bow tie.

This year, Kendrick Lamar, who performed at the Super Bowl, won the Best Male Hip Hop Artist at the BET Awards, while Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts received the Sportsman of the Year award.

Hurts recorded 2,903 yards in passing in 2024. The QB helped the Eagles win the Super Bowl and was the Super Bowl MVP.

Cam Newton announces new show at BET Awards 2025

Cam Newton announced a new show on Monday during the BET Awards 2025. He will be co-hosting the "106 & Sports" with Ashley Nicole Moss.

Moss and Newton opened up about their new show while addressing the audience at the award show.

"106 & Sports is about more than scores and statistics. It’s about the culture around the game. The players, the personality, and of course, the passion. But most importantly, it’s about the fans," Newton said.

Moss has also shared her excitement about the new show with Newton:

"We’re gonna laugh, we’re gonna debate, and knowing us, we’re definitely going to argue just a little bit. But it’s always going to be love. And most importantly, it’s going to be for the culture.”

Newton retired in 2021 after a successful NFL career. He was the first overall pick in the 2011 draft.
