Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce is set to play in the second Super Bowl of his career and has been instrumental in his team's success this season. Kelce's presence has made the Eagles' run-game execution easier, and he is arguably the best at his position.

Despite his success this season, retirement talks have continued to surround Kelce. There were rumors about him retiring after last season, but he returned to play. Kelce recently provided an update on the talks surrounding his potential retirement.

As per ESPN, here's what Jason Kelce said:

"It's getting closer and closer each day. I'm just trying to enjoy this moment now and attack that when it gets here."

Kelce added:

"From everything I've been told about when you know it's time to retire or not, you just know when you know, and it's going to be when you don't want to play football anymore, and I don't think that winning this game is going to determine whether I want to continue playing football or not."

Jason Kelce is expected to make an announcement about his NFL future soon after the Super Bowl. Today, he will face his brother Travis Kelce in the Super Bowl in pursuit of his second ring.

The Philadelphia Eagles have the best offensive line in the NFL, and they will need to be at their best against the Kansas City Chiefs. Chris Jones and Frank Clark are more than capable of causing problems for Jalen Hurts if they are not managed properly.

The Eagles already have Cam Jurgens, who they drafted in the second round of the 2022 NFL draft, to replace Kelce if he retires after the Super Bowl.
