Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon's arrest warrant was dropped on February 3 after a Hamilton County Judge signed off on junking the charges.Mixon's agent Pete Schaffer earlier expressed confidence that the charges would be dropped "first thing in the morning."At the time, Schaffer said:"It was a rush to judgment.
