NFL player JuJu Smith-Schuster represented the University of Southern California during his collegiate career.

He received first-team and second-team All-Pac-12 honors while playing at USC in 2015 and 2016 respectively. In the 2017 NFL draft, the Pittsburgh Steelers selected him with the 62nd overall pick. Smith-Schuster signed a four-year, $4.2 million contract with the Steelers, which had a guaranteed $1.84 million and a $1.19 million signing bonus.

Due to his on-field accomplishments, Smith-Schuster received interest from several teams. However, he chose to remain with the Steelers and rejected three significant proposals. The Steelers offered him an $8 million contract extension in March 2021.

Smith-Schuster eventually made the decision to leave once his contract expired, signing a one-year deal with the Kansas City Chiefs.

With the Chiefs, he agreed a one-year, $3,760,000 deal that featured a $1,455,000 signing bonus, $2,490,000 in guaranteed money, and an average annual salary of $3,760,000. Before the 2023 season, he'd be in unrestricted free agency.

According to his contract, he would earn a half-million dollar bonus if he made over 40 receptions during the regular season. Now that he made 50+, he has gained $1 million for himself.

JuJu Smith-Schuster is thought to be valued at roughly $14 million. Being one of the best young wide receivers in the game has allowed him to increase his net worth in a short period. Numerous lucrative contracts have come his way as a result of his on-field success.

The Chiefs take on the Eagles in Super Bowl LVII on Sunday (February 12) at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
