On Monday Night Football last week, Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams shoved a cameraman to the ground as he walked off the field. The incident took place at the conclusion of the Raiders' 30-29 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Adams did this as a result of frustration as he and fellow receiver Hunter Renfrow collided and tripped on a deep ball pass on 4th down that ended their chances of winning.

Adams slammed his helmet to the ground and when a cameraman walked right in front of him with his camera, the wide receiver used both hands to shove him to the ground.

With the Raiders on their bye this week, the league took some extra time to review the incident and their disciplinary action against Adams.

NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport reported Sunday morning that Adams is unlikely to face a suspension from the league.

NFL fans had mixed reactions to the news of Adams getting away without a suspension. Some feel that the Raiders wide receiver should never have been disciplined in the first place while others think he "got away" with it.

Some fans also think that the cameraman was just trying to secure money as he pushed for legal action.

Here are some of the social media reactions to the latest developments:

With the news of Davante Adams likely not facing a suspension, he'll be ready to play against the Houston Texans next week. The Raiders have a bye this week and are one of the first teams to get a break early in the season.

The Raiders are currently 1-4 but will have a favorable matchup next week vs. the Texans. Since being acquired by the Raiders, Adams has been their best offensive weapon. Through five games, he has recorded 29 receptions for 414 yards and five touchdowns.
