Tom Brady and Robert Kraft reunited at the former's Hall-of-Fame ceremony and all the familiar emotions we had become accustomed to during the Patriots dynasty came flooding back on social media. When the GOAT quarterback was leading the franchise to a record-tying six Super Bowl wins, he, along with Bill Belichick and the Patriots owner, was the face of their success.

And it was the kind of success that elicited strong reactions. Fans in New England adored them, seeing Tom Brady as the best player of all time and their owner as deeply invested in the success of their beloved team. Fans of other teams felt very differently. They saw a player willing to bend the rules to gain a competitive advantage, and an executive who was willing to look the other way while things like Spygate and Deflategate happened.

Such a mix of reactions was again evident on social media as the quarterback was seen exchanging pleasantries with Robert Kraft at the former's Hall-of-Fame induction ceremony for the Patriots. NFL followers took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to cover the whole spectrum of emotions surrounding the event. Here are a couple of starters to capture the mood.

This being Robert Kraft, there were a lot of comments on social media that also referenced massages for obvious reasons. Here are some of those responses.

"Will there be any massage jokes today?"
"Happy ending"
"The after party at the rub and tug will be lit"

Robert Kraft's gratitude towards Tom Brady there for all to see

To say Robert Kraft is grateful for what Tom Brady has done would be an understatement. Even before this ceremony, after the quarterback retired from football, Kraft immediately invited Brady back to the Gillette Stadium even though the player retired after playing his last match as a Tampa Bay Buccaneers player. He wanted fans to get a chance to pay their respects to the sportsman who had brought glory to the franchise.

And now, as the owner, he has pulled out all the stops for Tom Brady's Patriots Hall-of-Fame induction. Instead of holding it in a cozy setting as is normally done, he has thrown open the doors, making it the first time that a ceremony such as this will take place in their stadium. It makes for an exception to the way things are normally done for such events. But then Robert Kraft would argue that an exceptional player deserves such a treatment.
