Odell Beckham Jr. and DeAndre Hopkins have been continuously linked with the Kansas City Chiefs over the offseason. While OBJ is a free agent who is being monitored by multiple teams, Hopkins is also available on the market.

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes recently liked tweets regarding OBJ and Hopkins on Twitter, and it made people believe that the franchise is in the race for the two-star wide receivers available on the market.

Travis Kelce finally got the opportunity to talk about the Chiefs getting linked to Odell Beckham Jr. and DeAndre Hopkins. Here's what the tight end said on the New Heights podcast:

“We already got, we got some dogs in the receiver room right now though that's the thing… I get it Odell, D-Hop top-tier guys… We don't have very much (money for receivers), I don't think, I actually, I don't know where our cap is right now and sure how close we are to it.”

It seems like Travis Kelce is pretty much happy with what the Kansas City Chiefs have, but losing JuJu Smith-Schuster and Mecole Hardman without replacing them could turn out to be tricky for them.

Brett Veach, the general manager of the Chiefs, is arguably the best in his position, and he is expected to make wise decisions regarding which players will surround Patrick Mahomes.

Whether Odell Beckham Jr. or DeAndre Hopkins sign with the Chiefs or not remains to be seen, but the situation is worth keeping an eye on.

Apart from being linked with the Chiefs, Odell Beckham Jr. has garnered significant interest from the New York Jets as well. In order to land Aaron Rodgers, the Jets are leaving no stone unturned, and signing OBJ is part of the process.

OBJ didn't play the entirety of last season as he wasn't able to recover from the injury that he sustained in Super Bowl 2022. As a result, teams are treading with care when it comes to his demands for a length contract.

Both Hopkins and Beckham Jr. have been the center of attention throughout the offseason, and everyone is awaiting to see where they will ultimately end up.
