The Green Bay Packers have lost four straight games after a 3-1 start. In other words, it has been an entire month since Aaron Rodgers won a game. Some remain hopeful that the team can click. However, one former head coach believes he's seen enough.

Speaking on KJM, Rex Ryan pressured the team to step outside of their comfort zone and make a splash before the trade deadline:

"[The] Packers are done unless they do something at the trade deadline, and that's not been their M.O. But they've got to get some kind of receiver in there. This is one of the greatest passers we've ever seen and [he] just continues to struggle and struggle and struggle. Unless they make a move, how is it going to get better?"

He continued, explaining that the team will miss the playoffs on their current trajectory:

"Remember, at the beginning of the year, everybody's like, 'Oh, just wait till the end of the season. How much this team's going to improve.' Well, I'm still waiting. They ain’t getting better so they need to trade. They've got to come up with some kind of some kind of help for Aaron Rodgers or they're going to be out of the playoffs."

Aside from the Week 2 win against the Chicago Bears, the team's offense has been criticized for not being dynamic. The quarterback's stat line has been equally stiff. In all but two games this season, Rodgers has thrown for two touchdowns in each contest. In terms of yards, he has also thrown for roughly the same number in each contest, from 190-250. There have been no outliers.

Will the Packers make a move this week to bolster the team, or will they hope for the offense to fix itself with the pieces it has?
