Russell Wilson recalls hilarious story of being mistaken as wife Ciara's bodyguard

Russell Wilson and Ciara have been together for almost a decade. Married since 2016, they remain one of the most popular celebrity couples.

However, in 2015, Wilson wasn't exactly recognized as Ciara's 'boyfriend.'

The Pittsburgh Steelers QB shared a hilarious anecdote from their early dating days on the' Not Just Football with Cam Heyward' podcast.

"It was like our first month that we were dating and we're out and about. We were actually at Disneyland, and I'm sitting there," Wilson said. .... It's a lot of people, and everybody's like, 'Oh my God, Ciara Ciara Ciara Ciara,' and all of a sudden, this girl was like, 'Her bodyguard is really hot.' Ciara starts laughing. She was like, 'Thanks for being my bodyguard today.'" [48:15]

Wilson praised Ciara and said she is ultimately his 'biggest supporter.'

"She takes care of everything that you can imagine for our family. She's on tour right now and everything else, and she's just been rocking and rolling. And it's been cool to watch her success and her continued success, because she was successful before I even met her."

The couple also has four kids: Future Zahir, Sienna Princess, Win Harrison and Amora Princess.

Russell Wilson and Ciara might be planning for another child together

Ciara and Russell Wilson welcomed their youngest daughter, Amora, last December. Already raising Ciara's son with her ex, rapper Future, Wilson might be ready to extend their family with one more baby.

Ciara shared a snap of her concert outfit on Instagram on Wednesday. Fans raved about the same, one adding that it was 'crazy' she looked so good after having a child.

Replying to the fan's comment, Wilson hinted that she might be ready for another one.

"So crazy she ready to have another one."

Since July, Ciara has been touring with Missy Elliott and Busta Rhymes and has yet to respond to Wilson's comment.
