Russell Wilson and his tenure with the Denver Broncos has been a rocky start this season, to say the least. The quarterback has now disclosed his workout on an airplane as the Broncos travel to London to face the Jacksonville Jaguars.

On an episode of the show Undisputed, Skip Bayless shared his opinion on the workout described by Russell Wilson.

"I couldn't believe the story that he actually bragged about how he can defeat jet lag by exercising. I guess it's exercise. It's more like stretches and high knees and whatnot. He's looking right down his nose at all his teammates saying, I know how to beat jet lag and you guys don't get it. I know I stay active for four hours. Then I watch cut-ups, then I sleep for one hour."

Bayless added:

"He [Wilson] said: 'I feel great'. He used the phrases. He said: 'I'm super locked in'. You're super locked in. That's just cringeworthy to me. This is an NFL quarterback. Let's ride, Broncos Country. I said that's right and they lose another game and he drops another hat line. He introduced some big hat line. I'm like, you have lost it, man. You have gone completely over the edge and elaborated on being a football player."

Russell Wilson missed Week 7's game versus the New York Jets with a hamstring injury. The former Seattle Seahawks star told the media that he was “doing treatment” during Denver's eight-hour flight to London. The workout included hours of walking up and down the aisles, doing high knees, and working on his legs.

While the Broncos quarterback shared the workout, some NFL fans took pleasure in roasting it.

NFL Fans and their thoughts on Russell Wilson's airplane workout

Some NFL fans didn't waste any time heading to Twitter to express their thoughts on the Super Bowl-winning quarterback's workout. Here are just a couple of tweets from fans:

This one is a personal favorite:

Last month, the quarterback signed a five-year extension worth $245 million, including $165 million guaranteed with the Broncos. Currently, the $245 million-worth quarterback has thrown for 1,442 yards, five touchdowns, and three interceptions this season.

We'll see if the workout works out as he's listed as questionable to play against the Jaguars in London in Week 8.
